my account has the wrong info and its preventing me from doing what i want to do

ok so i want to delete my account. but there's something wrong. xbox keeps asking me to agree to the ToS when i go to my account and then when i agree it says parental approval is required. this parental approval can't be gained because the email is not
exactly my parents email. it has a typo, i discovered it on xbox one where i first wanted to sign in. therefore its impossible for me to delete my account without getting the ToS out of the way so i can access what i need to access. what can i do?

my son was playing a game on Xbox and my account has been partially suspended preventing me from doing anything with other people online and there is no reason given and no way for me to see what my son has done and there is no way to dispute the accusations
and without knowing what my son did that was so wrong I cannot do anything to make sure it does not happen again and Xbox does not have any way for their own employees to see what was done that was wrong either so they cannot help me the way they should be
able to help me

Hi my friend is trying to recover my account the info and everything i gave him is correct it downloads the account but right at the beginning he gets a message saying the info is wrong i dont know what i'm doing wrong is there a new update where since

Best bet is to give phone support a call. If you can identify that the account is owned by you, they should be able to help. 1-800-4my-xbox for the US and Canada.

Thats the thing. Its an adult account that is controlled through microsoft family by my parent account. The only thing i want to do is prevent the removal of the parent account from the console.

1. Called and person hung up on me so tried chat ( I do belive that it was an accident on his part)

2. I didn't hear an option that said someone is using your credit card to purchase points over and over and over.

3. So im just supposed to be ok with not removing a card that they have already charged for a whole year of subscription already while someone else is spending my money

4. That was what i wanted was the account locked to prevent further charges and after providing all info they asked for twice they still hadn't locked account read my previous post about the account still active the next morning and the original call was
around 3pm

5. Well this one you are right but I do believe there is some work to be done by microsoft to allow an account holder to prevent faudulent charges on their account when they know it is happening there were several charges after the time that my account
was supposed to be locked so explain what I could have done wrong there.

I am just putting info up for others to see I don't want to start a bicking war as I see others have had it far worse than me I would hope in the future that there is a way to prevent your gamertag from being recovered on another account or to remove your
payment info when not needed.

its wierd because i have created the account from a normal way to do it, my country is portugal so it cant be that my problem is when i want to reset the billing info the system want to send the information to a email witch isnt mine and that is my problem,
if the system sends to my normal account witch i do to sign on this main page i myght be able to do what i want
