hi there my account is on avoid me I haven't played a game in a long time took a break. From what I can remember the last game I played was gears of war ultimate.. Anyways I have been wrongfully accused bad feedback on my profile that needs fixing. The children
on xbox report you for cheating or whatever if you're good at the game. I need my account fixed I bought lots of games for online play!

I called up M $ they told me to message you guys to fix my profile.. if you can't then I'm entitled to get a refund on the games I have purchased they said it's not fair!

The reputation system is broken!

Save Data Issue (Quantum Break)

Had the same issue, I had to log out of my account and then sign back in

Outrageous Microsoft customer service; a cautionary tale. 43 Days without a working console

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the customer service of MS they helped me fix my 360 at 3 in the morning when it was having issues and they refunded me money because somebody got into my account from my old Xbox they must have bought from Gamestop and used it to buy FIFA crap a game I never even owned. Best customer service I have ever gotten from any company.

My Microsoft Account is set to Australia like it has always been and this has only just started happening. If other people are experiencing this same problem then it must be a big the Microsoft need to fix.

No OK everyone needs to make a separate thread

Your account region must match your billing option

So having a Swiss credit card on a us account won't work

You are causing a split billing issue you must fix it with a region migration tool

To download the majority of games you guys mentioned your account region and actual region and billing region must match @saunderFor split billing issue you must contact support to help fix it

Your last update has wiped out my file explorer and I factory reset and it's still not there. Very uncool to say the least I'm not at all happy. I've spent hours now trying to fix what your company has broke. Fix this now please. What must a guy do to
