    My account has disappeared


    Good day,

    My account has disappeared of my xbox one and it doesn't want me to add a new account. The big white circle just spins and times out.

    Please what can I do to fix this error.

    The steps for what Jameser78 mentions above can be found on our support page for

    Download, move, or delete your Xbox LIVE profile    .



    Our team doesn't usually recommend deleting your profile. You can move it to a USB flash drive, then remove the USB flash drive from the console. Then re-download your profile to the console.

    My xbox live account has disappeared

    It may have corrupted. These things happen at times.

    Go into your memory, and delete what ever trace of your profile is on there, and only your profile. Then use the download profile option from the sign in page to recover it.
