    My name is Frank and my account on xbox live has been suspended for a day and i dont know why it was suspended. I dont have anything on my profile, motto, or bio that is offensive in any way and i want my account unsuspended asap! there are people that have
    racist stuff on their account or 420 on their account and nothing happens to them. also my downloaded games are not accessible because my account has been suspended.

    I wanted to become an xbox ambassador but i cant now because of the stupid suspension.

    Account Suspended?

    My account was suspended but I don't know why. It only says a violation of the communication policy. How do I know who did this and if it is justified? It happened while my son was using my account but is just a kid and has no idea why this would have
    happened. There must be justification to support a suspension and I want to know what that is.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling why & how long you are suspended.

    You can also check on the enforcement site where you can file for a case review if eligible

    How long has it been since you filled out the suspended account release form? Validation time can take from 24 to 72 hours.

    Is there any kind of temporary suspension or ban on your account?

    Investigations do take time, so your suspension could be for something that happened weeks or months ago.
    Understood, but why would I be suspended back to back in such a short time? Each suspension is listed for a certain reason. Each suspension is not for one, sole offense. A suspension can hold multiple offenses.

    You would be saying that (theoretically) if were to have illegal communications with someone, mod my account, and harass someone, I would be banned three separate times? That is not how it works, as per enforcement policy (https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howto?length=4#sub-topic0-2) and
    that is how I know that I should not be re-suspended so quickly.
