I Don't understand why im Banned i should at least be Suspended for a month or two Players offten False report of cheating there is no proof of me cheating on a game called Rainbow six siege everybody is just Good at Games theres no possible way you can
possible cheat on r6 Console. I was saying inappropriate words and cussing

All complaints are investigated by the Xbox Policy Enforcement Team (XBLPET) and are taken seriously. If you have been banned/ revived an enforcement action against your account. You will need to submit a case review here:

The Enforcement team will review the complaint and review your case.

i Dont understand is its Perfectly fine for others to harass me Everyday and Night and false report of cheating but when i Try to Report them for sending me very disrespectful messages nothing happens its Perfectly fine I Don't deserve a Temporary perma
Ban due to false reports of me cheating its almost like if i lost my own Life i Might just end Myself i Don't feel like living anymore at this Point :

You need to report them and Xbox will handle the complaints. They do not tell you what action they take. They sometimes provide you a message that says they have took action on some complaints. However, the action they have taken and/or who they have taken
action against remains internal to them.

I would continue reporting folk who are violating the Code of Conduct, and block them if needed too. Don't rise to it, as this is often what they are after and, as you can see, they are the first to report you for it too.

I am going to move this thread into the Xbox forums where this best fits.

But its Say temporay Permanent but theres and end date im confused

If the information about it being permanent is in the information about the suspension itself, that's just there by default. It's what would happen if you were issued a temporary suspension, but if there is an end date then it's temporary.
