My account has been suspended?

Hey everyone, I've just come home from a two week holiday to Zante and I've found my xbox account and console to be suspended for two weeks. A neighbour had been housesitting and we allowed him to use our house as if it were his own which of course included
my xbox. Is there any way I can see why my account was suspended and is there any way to appeal this? Thanks for your time and tia!

Well I got Paypal to stop the transactions and MS are investigating my account. Just looged on to find I've got no points in my account anymore and I guess that I can't connect to Live until the investigation is over, whenever I try it just says

"There is a problem with your payment option. Please update your payment information to continue your Xbox LIVE membership. You have two options to update your Xbox LIVE membership: edit an existing payment method or add a new one. "

My credit card is valid, so I guess it's just that my account is on lockdown, right?

Anytime you suspect your account may be compromised, you should call support immediately.

Usually an email is sent to the primary/contact email address with some information too.

Okay, yes you will need to post in the
my account was suspended forum for the enforcement team to reply to you there regarding why you have been suspended. You should have received an email (may be in your 'junk' folder) also explaining why you have been suspended.
