My account has been suspended

Hi, this morning when I've opened my xbox one I have a message saying that my account has been suspended and I have no idea why. Las t night I've played ''GTA V online'' with some friends and the only event I saw that happened is a cheater who was invicible
and made abused kills on us, but I would like to know the reason for the suspension of my account. Thanks

Okay, yes you will need to post in the
my account was suspended forum for the enforcement team to reply to you there regarding why you have been suspended. You should have received an email (may be in your 'junk' folder) also explaining why you have been suspended.

The enforcement team are the only ones who have information regarding suspensions. Any information about your suspension would be listed on the enforcement site.

 

Most likely you were reported by someone after you stated something that was in violation of the code of conduct.

There is no person to call or talk with on this matter. If you have an option to do so you might try a case review.

2) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned.

3) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can change the state of ANY suspension or ban.

4) Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur
as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation."

8) It's your account and you're responsible for it. If you let a friend use your account and they violate they Code of Conduct or Terms of Use with your account, then it's your account that will be penalized.
