My membership has been temporarily suspended?

If your account has been suspended for billing then you will have to phone support for your region as they are the only ones who can help you

My membership has been temporarily suspended?

I was about to go on Minecraft to play with a friend when i disconnected from Live. So i thought it was an update and went to reconnect to Live. The message popped up saying that my account was temporarily suspended and that i was to update my payment options.
S i went to update the payment and chose the right one, An error popped up saying there is something wrong with downloading items. I wasn't downloading anything. Help?

I "had" a gold membership but when i went to renew it, it said my account has been temporarily suspended until you update payment option
