my account has been suspended :( (moderator help please)

i talked to someone in at xbox live and they told me to make a new account to try and recover my old one and post on here to talk to a moderator. please help

Help. My account got hacked

My account has been banned from communications because someone hacked my account. Please help me.

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me out

 

i was suspended for my bio and i was not the one who made it. my little brother went on my account cause we were having an argument and changed my bio. my account name is Mrplnk619 with an L as the i in between p and n

Account security on your console is your responsibility regardless of who made the improper modifications. These types of suspensions usually only last between 48 hours and 2 weeks but can be permanent depending on the severity of the offense and how many
times your account has incurred enforcement actions.
