    Why was this account suspended permanently?

    Please can you let me know why the gamer tag, "Stray Flyy" has been suspended permanently? I would like the exact reason made clear as the user says there is no reason for suspension and says the account had been hacked?

    Only if it's been modded. If it was reset due to modding any achievements earned or ill gotten pre reset will be locked and unearnable post reset.

    Hi

    First I'd would suggest that you change you password right away, in case your account has been hacked in some way.

    Second, as far as I know a gamertag can be changed automatically if yours has been reported offensive for some reason. I think you may contact the support and ask them if such a thing has happened.
