My account has been hacked, email etc removed, they added new email.

I have checked the email on the console, and it's still his old email, but we can't log in on that profile any more. I also added my nephew to my friends list and his account is inactive since the issue has occurred.

Can I check which email is linked to an XBOX gamer nickname/tag to confirm if the account has been hacked and a new email has been added?

Shall I also have notification on my original email that his email has been changed?

Is it possible that Microsoft has done any changes on the systems, and it caused this issue?

my account has been hacked and purchased 6000 MS points, they changed my password but i'm glad i had a backup email which is not hotmail that they couldn't access and i reset the password, whats even more strange is that i checked on xbox.com, and they used
it on a new console (theres a new console ID which shouldn't exist on my account!), has MS's security been breached or what???? and its also a 126.com email address which hacked my account, i noticed in my email inbox they added their email to my windows
live account, how the F**K did they do that?????

I want an official response rather than phone customer support and they question me like i've done wrong????

Yes basically you want to separate yourself from that account. So take whatever email you want to add as your new main email. Add that to the current account as an alternate email address. Then make that email the new main email for that account. You want to do the same thing with your parents account as well. Make sure you've added both emails as alternate emails to BOTH accounts. Which would free up your parents email and separate the accounts. You could then remove their email entirely from the account (once your new email has been added).

Then you will be all set.
