My account has been hacked can I get it back?

Hello, my account has been hacked, i tried getting it back but i was unsuccesfull because my email was changed. i can give you all info i remember, but first my email that was hacked is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and my hackers email is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

(about how i got my hackers email) he was logged into my pc so i had his email in it and my minecraft account was not logged off so i could see the info to his email etc.

Apologies for my Bad english, if needed i can say more about this whole incident and show what i mean, and how i got his email.
