my account jcM arts has been suspended? just wondering why? i havent done anything wrong

Has My Account Been Hacked?

Well I got Paypal to stop the transactions and MS are investigating my account. Just looged on to find I've got no points in my account anymore and I guess that I can't connect to Live until the investigation is over, whenever I try it just says

"There is a problem with your payment option. Please update your payment information to continue your Xbox LIVE membership. You have two options to update your Xbox LIVE membership: edit an existing payment method or add a new one. "

My credit card is valid, so I guess it's just that my account is on lockdown, right?

Anytime you suspect your account may be compromised, you should call support immediately.

It won't show up right away, but once it is approved, you'll have an Xbox LIVE Enforcement member post and explain what caused your suspension. You were sent an email stating the reason. They do not issue suspensions if you truly haven't done anything wrong.

That's incorrect because yesterday I was banned for being in a hacked lobby on call of duty, these lobbies are completely random and you can not be fully aware of this like I wasn't fully aware until my account was banned

The difference is if you choose to stay in the lobby. You should always back out of any modded lobby. If you continue to play in it then you are pretty much choosing to play in them. I have run into them also - however I always back out

You will have to log in to the enforcement team website for information. You can also submit a case review if the ban is eligible. enforcement.xbox.com/home

Please contact Xbox Official support by going to
support.xbox.com/contact if your account has been compromised and you believe you were banned do to your account being compromised. If you would like to submit your case to the enforcement team, you can go to http://enforcement.xbox,com/ to submit a case.
Be sure to sign into the account that has been banned.

The only Information that you will get is from the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com

If you feel that you should not have been suspended then the only thing that you can do is file for a case review.

Part of that case review process is getting all of the questions correct on the questionnaire in order to be eligible for the case review.

All the answers to the quiz are on the enforcement teams website.

If you have have missed to many and it says you have to wait 24 hours then you will have to wait the 24 hours before you can try the quiz again.
