My account has been banned on the grounds of harasment threats or abuse and i completely ...

i have never harassed or threatened or abused anyone in my entire life playing xbox. i have gotten communications banned and i have no problem with these bans because i know when i have done something wrong. So i never complain but this is a whole other
situation.I have already done a case review but the decision was upheld that is why i am writing this now.I want you all to reconsider and do what is right thank you.

My friends account has been banned can't access his account he has been reported for harassment abuse and threats even when he had the communication ban and the times that he had been reported was really early in the morning when he was not even online he
is completely inoccent can you please help me

 

XBOX ONE BAN MISTAKE

I have been online banned on my account and it started 7/2/17 and I was wondering how I got banned for harassment abuse and threats . To be clear I'm chat banned which means I cannot talk or message anyone the harassment was false ,abuse and threats were
also false, I never cheated in a game myself if I have ever did please send a message back on when and on what game . If it is possible can my account be unbanned or do I have to wait it out until it ends

If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.
