My account has been banned for voice communication.

had a problem when I got on xbox this after noon after work. I am the owner of my account and I usually let my youngest brother play my Xbox when I let him and I think I now have a communication ban because he was playing fortnite with friends he told me
and he called them names because they were making fun of him and he started crying. Since after that staring today I got a ban till March 31st . I was wondering if you can place a cut back time because it affects how I play as well since I am very competitive
and need to communicate with my fellow teammates. I left this message previously about what happened and how it did. I found out that my little brother called one of his friends a fag because they bullied him on fortnite Andrew let him “die” and took his loot.
So I am asking nicely for grace if I can have my ban lifted but if not exactly today tomorrow or some other time before March 31st would be nice. Thanks I appreciate it.

My account keeps getting banned why?

Wondering why I keep getting banned on my account this is the second time in four weeks I have been banned from Xbox live on my account bIayne G its saying I'm banned because of harassment voice communication text messages when I'm getting harassed voice
messages and texts .why am I getting banned and no one els is getting banned but me..

I have reported it in Voice Communications at least 5 times. I was comms banned almost immediately after he sent "have fun being banned". This has been over a week now and his messages have not been removed like mine was, and he has had no repercussions. I'm not sure what else to do.

I have also been very specific about which messages he sent in my reports.
