My account has been banned for one week I did not violate code of conduct

hello, to whom it may concern I was playing with a couple of friends on Tuesday night when a random player joined our party and started swearing in harassing us, after him doing so I asked if he could please leave the party but he failed to do that resulting
in me kicking him from the party after I kicked him from the party he harassed me on message chat and must've reported me multiple times thus causing me to have a one week band on my Xbox live account

Account sharing violates the code of conduct, one person per account.

It was the account that was banned, not you.

"The account" asked for modded lobbies on more than one occasion, and appears on a youtube page too that has now been deleted, coincidence??

Turn 10 still won't tell me what code of conduct I broke.

Hello I was banned on Forza 6 I sent an email to Turn 10 they responded and said that I was banned because I had made user created content that broke the code of conduct.

Now I have screenshots and a video of all the vinyl groups I've made on my gamer tag so I'm asking for some help from the community and Xbox ambassadors please take a look at my screenshots and tell me what vinyl group violates the code of content and what
part of the code of conduct does it violate?

Also If I have a design that does violate the code of conduct then shouldn't Microsoft be notified that I have screenshots on my gamer tag that break the code of conduct and shouldn't they ban my gamer tag?

Turn 10 has refused to tell me what I did to be banned not only has Turn 10 banned me on the game they have also banned me on their forums for just asking what I did wrong all I know right now is I'm about to sell my Xbox One and buy a PlayStation.

For information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com Suspensions/bans are not issued based on the amount of complaints they receive. It only takes one complaint. You could have a million complaints filed against you, but you would only get
banned if the enforcement team determines you did something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service.

If that was your original gamertag then i suspect you have been given a forced name change as it violates the code of conduct.

You will have to pay to change it to something else,one that doesn't violate the code of conduct this time.

Any more fnc's & you risk having your account suspended or banned.

You will have to wait it out. If they issued a suspension and then upheld their decision, then they did determine you did something to violate the code of conduct.

umm okay i guess that not being on my xbox in 2-4 weeks and getting a ban is upheld

The enforcement team are the ones who would have issued the ban and they only do so after an investigation. They would not have been suspended unless they did something to violate the code of conduct.
