My account has been banned for no reason and I am confused

my xbox account has been suspended for no reason and I am extremely frustrated with why I am suspended.

My account has been banned for no Reason

Okay, so my [other] account had an unauthorized log on, and had like $149.86 charged. According to support, he was banned, and the money was refunded. Well, when I got my account back, the password unchanged, whenever I attempted to log into Xbox Live, it
said I was banned until DEC/31/9999. I've seen this before, but nobody has explained why I was banned.

We called again, and they told us to wait a couple days to check for verification. I got an email saying that they reviewed the status of the account, but they refused to change the status. My theory is that whoever had my account did something to get me
banned. However, what I found out is it wasn't just this account. Every account on the Xbox was banned. We called again today, and support said all I can really do is post on forums.

Support said not to post anything personal, so all I will post is the account's gamer tag.

Any information on suspensions are handled by the enforcement team on their website enforcement.xbox.com

If you feel that you should not have been suspended and the suspension is eligible you can file for a case review on their website and the enforcement team will reinvestigate the report and determine if it was valid and if they can lift the suspension sooner.

That is the only official way to contact the enforcement team they do not follow these forums.
