Once an account has been reset there's no way to appeal the reset. They give you a second chance by not completely banning your account the first time.

then have a nice day, I agree with one of the mods they should treat those who mod their score with those who mod there account/avatar with a perm ban, no second chances. if you want a second chance, get a new account and start over.

My question is, why a permanant ban? No warning. No second chance to change the emblem. This is my question. I just want a straight forward answer on why a permanant ban without a chance to change the emblem.

First, you're posting in the wrong forum, you'd want to post here. Second, if the account has already been permanently banned from XBOX Live they will not
unban your account. They give you the first force name change to give you a chance to reform, if you change it again to something like that you've well, earned yourself a permanent ban.
