My account had an unauthorized suspension

I have tried everything but calling microsoft, and I just get the protocol: Your account was suspended for {Reason}. A man threatened to "hit me offline" for two weeks, and, about 15 minutes after he said this, an error message, "this account has been signed
in at another location" popped up, and a two week suspension was issued. I don't want a 3 month investigation or the response, "that is impossible", I just want some advice on what to do next.

I did not sell gamer-tag I was recently suspended but it was the hacker who had unauthorized access on my account. I want to appeal my suspension and revert the unauthorized changes.

Hey there, Enigma Pup! Sorry to see the situation, however if Enforcement is upholding your ban, then there is nothing we are able to assist with here. If you sent your information to someone willingly, then that is not considered an unauthorized access
case as you gave them your information.

In these deranking situations, it's generally someone offering to fix it for money, users send their information for the mod, and that's how users get suspended.

The Enforcement Site is the only place that can help you out, and since you've already done a Case Review where they said your ban will be upheld, you will need to play on a new gamertag. Thanks for understanding!

 

If your account was compromised you would have to contact support and have them do an unauthorized access investigation. That is the only way to have them check your account to see if the action took place while your account was out of your control. An investigation
only takes a couple of days. If they do find that you were suspended because of something that happened while your account was compromised, there is a chance the enforcement team can lift the suspension, but there is no guarantee that they will.
