If you’re part of an Xbox family group, have an organizer (adult account) look up your account info with the Xbox Family Settings app.

to add more detail to this. when i went to reset my password it had the correct live account before i loged out to go on my 360.

Hey Paul, I am also having issues loging in with the XBOX app on iPhone.

I am able to login using browser(xbox website) but not through the app.

My Microsoft account uses Gmail, As well as my iCloud account. I think the app is trying to use the password from my iCloud, which has the same email address, instead of using the password for the MS account.
