My account had a unauthorized access suspension help please

Hi, my original gamertag is Gangster carbs

It had gotten permanent suspension when I had done nothing wrong I've never cheated. I've called Microsoft and they had said there has been 2 concles under my account that had been banned. I've had the same concles for 2 years and it's never been banned.
I've told Microsoft what went on.

2 weeks ago on cod mw3 there was someone with a green gamertag that said xbox moderator and he reset my stats to lvl 1 snd I had no score or anything I asked him why he did it he said because I'm cheating. I told him I wasn't cheating. He said if I beat
him in a 1v1 he would put my stats and classes back to how they were. I beat him in a 1v1 so he asked for my email and password so I gave him them and the verification code this has happend another time before. Anyways he put my stats and classes and levels
back to how they were as he said he would. I had suspension that he wasn't really part of Microsoft but I was really upset about what had happend so I trusted him anyway. This was all 2 or 3 weeks ago. Well 2 weeks ago I had gotten on said my profile was loged
on another xbox. So after that I changed my password and forced my profile to log out of all xboxs. After that everything was good. Then after I come home from work last week I turned on my xbox and said my profile had been banned till 12/31/9999 and the email
said for cheating and again I've never cheated on any of my games nor would ever used my profile to cheat because of how long I've had it and because I have a couple thousand dollor worth of games and dlc on it and I had just renewed my yearly membership a
month before. The enforcement team said they won't unban my account because it said I was using something on it when I wasnt and I had alot to say but was only allowed up to 500 characters. If someone could help me out it would be much appreciated I've been
a xbox fan for years and I have a good rep on my profile. So please help if you need to get ahold of me

I did not sell gamer-tag I was recently suspended but it was the hacker who had unauthorized access on my account. I want to appeal my suspension and revert the unauthorized changes.

If your account was compromised you would have to contact support and have them do an unauthorized access investigation. That is the only way to have them check your account to see if the action took place while your account was out of your control. An investigation
only takes a couple of days. If they do find that you were suspended because of something that happened while your account was compromised, there is a chance the enforcement team can lift the suspension, but there is no guarantee that they will.

 

One possible reason why you got permanently banned is because you're modifying something in a game. Although, I'm not in the position to provide you this conclusion for I am only a gamer like you. Anyways, regarding this case, I highly recommend that you
submit a case review from the Enforcement Team via:
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo.

 

The Microsoft guy I talked to said the guy that was posing as a moderator that did the stuff to my cod could have been using a jtag or something which would have gotten my account banned.

I've personally never touched anything like that closest thing would be cheat codes off a website lol but never used any 3rd party hardware or software

Also you shouldn't give your credentials to anyone as for sure this user used your account to do something wrong by breaking the Code of Conduct, and as you are responsible of your account, I honestly doubt that the suspension will be lifted...

Boombaa the guy had a green gamertag and said xbox moderator as his tag... so I trusted him sence he was the 1 who deranked me... and he did set my lvl back to what it was and gave me all my classes back... but as I said the Microsoft guy I talked to said
he must of been a modder.... probley got his xbox banned with my profile :/

 

And onyx62is I've done all that because of the banned concles attached to my profile they upheld the ban even tho my concle has never been banned nor have I gotten any warnings in my email or on microsoft

 

Sorry Enigma. The link I provided above is the only way to contact the PET. If they've upheld your ban then there's nothing that can be done about it.

As for the gamertag, it is against the ToU of the forums to name and shame. I would recommend reporting the tag that did this to you by going to his bio and selecting File Complaint then following the directions.

 

Enigma Pup, please do have more patience regarding this matter. Like any other third forums, the response of the Enforcement Team depends on the volume of reports and how complex the issue that they receive everyday.

 

I will try but I'm just really upset that I has gotten ban when I had done nothing wrong I just wish the enforcement team would let me tell the rest of what happend I step of just 500 characters

Hey there, Enigma Pup! Sorry to see the situation, however if Enforcement is upholding your ban, then there is nothing we are able to assist with here. If you sent your information to someone willingly, then that is not considered an unauthorized access
case as you gave them your information.

In these deranking situations, it's generally someone offering to fix it for money, users send their information for the mod, and that's how users get suspended.

The Enforcement Site is the only place that can help you out, and since you've already done a Case Review where they said your ban will be upheld, you will need to play on a new gamertag. Thanks for understanding!
