my account hacked

i was watching netflix and then joined a party with my friends and this kid
[Mod Removed] started trash talking me. i tryed to ask what was going on but he just kept saying hes gonna hack me i said somethings and then i left the party and all of asudden i started getting booted offline i was on the phone with a microsoft working
named Sarah and she even heard the proof saying he hacked me. he then messaged me saying "your pretty cool so ive decided to give your account back"

Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet good luck!

 

File a complaint from your console and block communications with him. Also you may want to change your account password, he might have ddos attacked you. You can take legal action against him because thats illegal. You should also get a new ip address from
your Internet provider.

And please do not name and shame on the forums.

 

^also if someone says that they are going to hack you,you should leave the party.
