My account got Xbox One achievements deleted after logging in my old Xbox 360

So, yesterday i decided to turn on my old 360 to upload some Fallout New Vegas game files to the cloud so i could play in my Xbox One, Logged on normally to XLive, my profile got updated to the 68000G ish i had and it was all okay i guess, but uploading
the saves was quite hard cause my 360 fat is so old, it kept turning off and giving 2 red lights of overheating every 2 minutes, and took some time so i could upload a bunch of the saves in the cloud. After that, i stored my 360 back to where he was and came
back to playing on One, just took a brief look to the newly updated cloud saves, saw that no all of them was uploaded but it was fine, and started playing xbox one games normally.

I just recognise the problem today when i turned on my XOne and saw that my profile only had 32000G, image below are my profile in January 2018:


d As you can see, i was almost hitting 68k back in the start of january, below it's a picture i took of my the profile today...

see, instead of 3 years of gold i have four now, and + 1 follower, but my achievments got lowered, and the worst part, i didn't got banned in meantime, neither received a message for the enforcement team, i speaked to support about the problem and they instructed
me to come here and show proofs so other support department could help, below a link to a video o of how my profile is showing the achievments, pretty glitchy...

And i'm not 100% sure, but maybe it was all of the achievements was of xbox one games i've played that got deleted, games i even own digital copies in my account, like overwatch, gta v or resident evil 6, and if that's not proof enough to say i got them

I unlocked it 05/02/18, almost 20 days ago, and i clipped it on DVR, the same day: Xbox DVR - View your Xbox clips and screenshots
My name even appears in kill feed when i kill genji just to proof it's not another profile clipped so there's no way they got deleted from the enforcement team from getting them with glitchs, bugs, hacks etc. If it was the case i should've had atleast an
email saying it, this was pure a sistem glitch in my profile which i had no fault, was almost hitting the 70k cap and i really don't want to start over again, i lost even anual achievements in overwatch that you can only get in christmas, how i'm suposed to
get them again now?

This item cannot be transferred between profiles

I'm borrowing my friends xbox 360, and I logged in to my xbox account. I started up Red Dead on the Xbox One, but my saves were not there, so I went to transfer my red dead saves to the cloud on the 360. I'm logged in to the account that bought the game, but it still gives me the error message.

 

Won't let me recover my account

I can't recover my Xbox one account. I reset my Xbox and it deleted my accounts and when I signed in I didn't remember my password so I made a new password and it made a different account instead Of logging into the old one, can somebody help me please!!!

For the link, did you use the link option in the editor?

As for your 360. Any achievements you have for Xbox One are only shown as "Xbox One". You have to go to your one to view them.

One of the achievements it's from February of this year, when i bought the game again just to replay, and the only achievements that appears that i have is "Arizona Killer" which is a near end game quest, and the quests before that have achievements that
requires to be unlocked before you could get to this quest.
