My account got unbanned and I still can't talk to players

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, then re-add the account and see if that clears up the issue.

If microsoft reads this I was talking to sombody on the chat they told me to delete and redownload my profile I can't get itback till 27/10/14 PLEASE UNBAN THIS ACCOUNT!! GT:Stea1thGh0St35 if anyone could unban it Please do

For any information concerning Enforcement actions taken against your account, you'll want to head over to the
Xbox Live Enforcement site. Do note that any communications sent to you from the Enforcement team is sent to
your Microsoft Account email address and not your contact email so be sure to check both if they are different. We do not have any further information on their behalf nor are we able to assist or speculate further.

What can I do to get my account unbanned from the gears of war service I can’t talk in game because I’m muted for life. I was not the one being toxic and I got banned???

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
the account.

while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the

if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.
