My account got suspended

Recently, (I think yesterday) an acquaintance of mine was using my Xbox Live account in my dorm room while I was in class. Upon returning from class later that night I was unable to play any multiplayer games. When I realized I had been suspended I was rather
confused since I hadn’t played all day. The individual who used my account eventually owned up to sending a message that violates Microsoft Code of Conduct. I read through the policy and since I never gave this individual permission to play on my account,
and since he sent the message without my knowledge, I am trying to get my suspension lifted. Can anyone help me with this?

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

Well you are more than welcome to submit a review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com however you should have a password and or pass key on your account so others cannot use it without your consent. A suspension Is not issued because you committed a violation, but rather the account commited a violation. Even
if was not you, the account need some to be help responsible.

They can’t discuss your account and don’t have access to enforcement details.

All enforcement cases need to be done on enforcement page https://enforcement.xbox.com/

May I know if you tried using another web browser to see if the issue persists?

Or if you have a VPN or antivirus software try disabling it temporarily
