Someone stolen my account, that dude used my 3 main xbox changes, i need to recover that changes, someone can help me please?

Support will refund you for the money taken and give you the time you missed back (usually a 30 day prepaid code).Just wait it out and make a trial, remember to change all your details EVERYTHING! new email, password secret question and all!!!!!!!

If you have given your account details out, I would suggest logging in at:
https://account.microsoft.com and check all your details are correct, change password and activate two step authentication.

 

Yeah, i know im allowed to change it 5 times, but for a unknow reason i only got 3 home xbox changes, and the guy who stolen my account used it all

 

When you contact technical support via online chat. And you can verify your account in some way that it's really yours. You can get your account back.

Sorry to hear it. If the 5 changes per year have been used up then you will need to wait until the anniversary of the first time it was changed to switch again. For example, if the first switch was made on October 25, 2017 then you would need to wait until
October 25 to change again.

As for your account, you should never give out your login info or share your account with anyone. To prevent this from happening again I would recommend logging in to
account.microsoft.com and changing your email and/or password for your account. This will force a sign in for your account on any console that it is installed on.

 

Did you give the other person your details, so they could share with you? It is a code of conduct violation to give out your account details.

If it was genuinely stolen, you should request a call back from support and gain control of your account.

If you have access to your account, check the details and alter password.
