My account got signed in somewhere else and im banned from xbox live...

If you are online when a suspension/ban is issued it will sometimes sign you out & sign you in elsewhere.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended or you can check on the enforcement site

I would change your login details to see if that will clear things up. If somebody else has your login details, they can cause some real problems and even get your account banned.

Is your account on someone else's console. If it is and they have the login credentials or it is set to log in automatically then it will sign you out when they log you in. Let us know. Good Luck!!

I didnt break any rules when i signed into xbox live it said my account previously got sign in on another account, then the next day i signed in it said i was banned. I found out what i got banned for. It said i got banned for hosting modde lobbies. I dont
even do that kind of stuff im a youtube user that only upload gameplays

Same thing happened to me when i killed a player in a game My account automatically got banned, not only that but the player that i killed was a player Nutorious for freezing out servers.

xbox live doesnt go after modded players that has the ability to Freeze out servers.

NOT only that but when i got banned the message POP-UP. Your xbox live account has been signed in somewhere else then it sign me out and said i was banned.. THAT'S MICROSOFT SUPPORT FOR YOU WHAT SUPPORT ??

my gamertag was [Mod Removed] the email address was [Mod Removed]. I never send any degrading profane messages to anyone or anything there is no reason for my account being banned only except microsoft bans people that other players hate cause
they can win against them or i was hack banned.

i did warn the guy i was with live enforcement which im not so he could stop freezing servers so all 16 players could play the game. ( could this be why i got banned)

I even recorded video proof called every department in xbox and reported it before I submitted 45 complaints of game tampering i havent tampered with game system i was on BATTELFIELD 3 shooting down a bunch of heli's with the mobile AA from across the map
cause im good with it next thing i know everyone sending me messages saying im cheating cause im good at the game. THERE IS NO WAY TO CHEAT IN BF3... now days you have to not kill people in action games and just get killed by them simply cause u will be banned
