My account got locked out and there isn't a reason why?

So finally my Xbox decided to work properly and give me a reason for why everything is locked out and that is because of the payment options. As I said above, I have added money to it so I guess I just have to wait. I'm hoping that this is the reason why
everything has acted so weirdly. Why my account got locked out instead of just not billing me if I didn't have enough, I'll probably never know why. I'd still like a direct answer from someone who knows more about this sort of stuff than me.

I did wait but I was NEVER given a reason like come on I was locked out my account for 1 week for only a commutation suspension for a week but instead I got a permanent suspension and I was locked out my account like are you serious right now? I did not receive an email or given a reason why it happen , and going by these terms I was banned for no reason cause I have not been given a reason and when I try to appel the button is bright green and I wasnt even able to appel it for 1 week cause the site was busted, that's not fair at all!

I just want to clarify, when you mentioned you have tried to recover your account using a form, were you referring to the account recovery web form or the account reinstatement form?

If you mean the account recovery webform, you will have to submit an account reinstatement form as a last resort to unlock your account:

Once the account is unlocked, try to submit another account recovery request. I'm afraid this is the only option to recover a Microsoft account:

Note: If your account has enabled a 2-step verification feature, an account recovery webform will not work.

Hello Led, when it says you were blocked from your Microsoft account did you receive any ban or suspension from Enforcement or was it really an account block by Microsoft?

If it was anything to do with Enforcement, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data or your account, we cannot specify the actual reason or verify precisely what the reason for your suspension or ban or remove your ban and suspension.
