    My Account Got Hacked


    Hi my account got hacked almost a year ago and i called microsoft about it and them pricks couldent do **** to save it and so i go on my xbox bored as anything and i press on my hacked account that i cant login to and i see the email changed to the original
    email and i go to forgot password cuz i dont know it and it gives me bunch of letters and numbers to type in but when i type them in and press enter it keeps giving me more of them and there spelled correctly i dont know what to do HELP!!!....

    Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

    If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet My Account Got Hacked :) good luck!

    My account XxShutYoMouthxX has been hacked too. Since it got hacked the hacks got me banned and not i lost all my games and can't play on xboxlive

    Just an FYI for anyone else who might read this thread check your WLID inbox regularly for points bundle purchases. If you see one that you know you didn't purchase call support immediately, get an unauthorised access investigation started then call your
    credit card company and let them know what's happened. Also look into creating an e-mail account that's just for your XBL account (but not something obvious like *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***). At least that way if the worst does happen you only have to worry about your XBL
    account and not your Amazon/Facebook/Twitter et al accounts too.

    You need to phone support, get them to open an unauthorised access investigation and they should get your account back to you.

    you will probably get your score reset to zero and branded cheater even if you did not do it you will still get the reset, your account is your responsibility at all times next time make sure your email for your windows live ID is only for that account and
    not used around the net and make sure your password is very strong (numbers and letters).
