Discus and support my account got hacked in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i was playing gta 5 and my account signed in elsewhere and i tried to sign back in and it said that i was banned til 30/12/9999. and a hour before that...     my account got hacked


    i was playing gta 5 and my account signed in elsewhere and i tried to sign back in and it said that i was banned til 30/12/9999. and a hour before that a guy that goes by the gamertag [GT Removed] - Do not name and shame on the forums.
    was sending messages to my friend asking how to spell my gamertag so that he could give it to a hacking clan called [GT Removed] - Do not name and shame on the forums.

    Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

    If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet my account got hacked :) good luck!

    As the user above mentioned please do not name and shame on the forums. If you're account was hacked please contact Xbox Phone support to have an investigation started on the account.

    The number for Xbox Support in Canada is 1-800-469-9269. If the account has been hacked you need to contact support, they will do an investigation and be able to resolve your issue.

    My account XxShutYoMouthxX has been hacked too. Since it got hacked the hacks got me banned and not i lost all my games and can't play on xboxlive

    Just an FYI for anyone else who might read this thread check your WLID inbox regularly for points bundle purchases. If you see one that you know you didn't purchase call support immediately, get an unauthorised access investigation started then call your
    credit card company and let them know what's happened. Also look into creating an e-mail account that's just for your XBL account (but not something obvious like *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***). At least that way if the worst does happen you only have to worry about your XBL
    account and not your Amazon/Facebook/Twitter et al accounts too.

    You need to phone support, get them to open an unauthorised access investigation and they should get your account back to you.

    you will probably get your score reset to zero and branded cheater even if you did not do it you will still get the reset, your account is your responsibility at all times next time make sure your email for your windows live ID is only for that account and
    not used around the net and make sure your password is very strong (numbers and letters).
