My Account Got Hacked When I Got It Back It Got Banned

My xboxlive account got hacked and when i got it back it said i banned from halo 3 for no reason

My account got hacked and I finally got it back but I got comms banned

Sorry noone here can help you as noone from the enforcement team reads these forums, Also once a ban is in place it cant and wont be removed if it is permanent

Go here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/home - Sign in with the account in question and you can start a case review, however as said above account suspensions are not lifted. The enforcement team
investigate every complaint and will take according action.

 

Microsoft should not be permanently banning people's accounts for some of the petty little reasons I have read about. It's a horrible way to treat your customers. Alot of innocent people are being banned whilst these fools are hiding away from us so they
don't have to answer to anyone karma will catch up with you

No they are not myths I recently received a 2 week communication ban for replying to a group of kids that I killed in the dz on the division. After being told to f××k my mom(which I didn't take very well because my mom has been very ill recently ) I sent
him a message because I was angry about receiving abusive language from these kids and don't see why I should have to just sit there and take it. There's more people like me getting banned who respects all gamers that are respectfull to me than the foul mouthed
idiots ruining games for others. It is so wrong for people to be banned when you don't have any idea of the abuse they have received which lead them to do what they got banned for. We need an easy way of recording and reporting in game chat. Perhaps then microsoft
enforcement team can start banning the idiots and not the true respectfull loyal gamers. I refuse to spend a penny more with Microsoft after my experience

 

If you replied with an offensive message then you deserved your suspension.

Doesn't matter what kind of abuse you recieved,if you reply to it in an offensive way & get reported you will be suspended.

Best thing to do is ignore them,just block & report then move on.

 

Lmao i deserve a ban for being offensive to somone that is verbally attacking and being offensive to me ye ok then lo.l my reply was borderline offensive which obviously it's going to be. Im a grown man I don't need advice on what I should do. I have spend
a fortune with microsoft so it's their loss not mine and I'm sure with the amount of unfair bans being given out alot of people are going to have the same attitude to that as I have

 

You're a grown man but can't stick to the rules you agreed to.

As all reports are investigated before any action is taken the bans are not unfair.

Hardly Microsofts loss is it?,It'll be one less person they have to keep investigating & how ever much you've spent,losing you as a customer is hardly going to make a difference is it?

 

If you receive offensive messages you should not reply to them, just block the person sending them and delete the offensive messages that is what i do

 

Obviously you haven't looked into how many people are in the same boat as me. Where in the rules does it say I have to listen to abusive language on a daily basis? . An I didn't receive an offensive message this is the point I'm trying to make. These kids
are getting away with talking to people like absolute crap in game chat because there is no easy way to report them with evidence. Also don't make me out to be a bad gamer I've had an xbox since day one and never had a problem Until now

 

My message to them was how pathetic are you who do you think your talking to its not my fault your s××t at the game your just a bunch of sore losses get a life. Hardly offensive in comparison to the abuse I was receiving from them .now I'm banned whilst
they are happily carrying on with what ever they are doing or whoever they are harassing but according to you that's fair lol. The rules may be the rules but until there is better ways to report people with evidence the rules will remain very unfair

 

Report them.The in game chat can be monitored so don't think they'll get away with it.Unless you report them then the enforcement team won't know who to investigate.
