My account got hacked then banned.

Someone hacked my account, sent vulgar messages, then one of my friends reported that message and now im banned for something I DID NOT DO!!! I want my account unsuspended and the hacker banned, I feel the report bots at xbox should take a deeper look at
the messages and look at the note sent from the person reporting specified user. If someone can unlift the ban for me please that could help my day out a lot. Recommending the website with the virtual support will not help at all.

My account has been banned from communications because someone hacked my account. Please help me.

My acc recently got hacked and xbox was suppose to ban the person that hacked me but i got my acc back and xbl banned my acc and console

 

If you haven't already, you would need to contact support and have them do an unauthorized access investigation on your account. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

Then you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

If you know who it was who took your account, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

 

Smwutches I don't know if you notice but the OP is also an Ambassador himself, its alarming this seems on the rise.

 

Xbox ambassadors are just experienced gamers so I don't see anything out of ordinary for we are bound by the same rules as everyone else. The fact that the OP although an ambassador is not aware that the enforcement team doesn't
uses the forums is more significant to my opinion.
