    My account got hacked, so I created another one, now I can't login in Microsoft Store App...


    Hi Team,

    I was playing Minecraft, when suddenly realized that I cannot connect anymore.

    My email address is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, but when I pressed on "Reset Password", another strange email appeared: 88***@qq.com. This looks suspicious.

    I created another account with the same email password (I don't know how that was possible), but I cannot login into the Store App.

    I even bought another Minecraft key and redeemed it.

    On the Microsoft website, it is displayed in the Games section, but when I try logging in from the game, I get the error that I don't own the game. Order number 8149010938.

    Additionally, I have the option to login to 2 different accounts with the same email address.

    Please solve this bug so I can use my account.

    How do I sign into my account on Xbox (beta) app? The button in the popup doesn't work.

    I also can't log in on the microsoft store. I created a different account on my computer with admin privleges and a local login. It was able to log in on both the xbox app and the microsoft store. So how do I fix my main account to allow me to log in on
    that?

    After my account was hacked I didn't noticed it and created another Microsoft account with the same email, which is the one im using right now.

    If you got an error with the above command, don't worry. It is not that important.

    So now you are not able to login on the Xbox app, right? Are you able to sign in to the Microsoft store? If so, are you trying to sign in to the Xbox app with the same Microsoft account as the Microsoft store?

    And are you able to sign in on the Xbox Console Companion app?

    I did not understand, my friend. Your hacked account had Minecraft Java. Then, after it got hacked, you created another account and was given Minecraft for Windows? Microsoft or Mojang gave you Minecraft for Windows or how this happened?
