I got a message on my phone saying that I payed for games I didn't pay for does anyone know how to remove them and get a refund?

please let us have achievements remove from hacked accounts

That explains why fifa shows up on my hacked account. They got hold of my email and via social engineering with support they changed the password and used someone credit card on my account and purchased stuff.

Xbox live account hacked...points spent on random crap.

My account got hacked too. On June 20th, someone downloaded a bunch of stuff from my account. They even deleted out all my friends on my friends list.
