My account got hacked and I know who the people are thatdid it

I need help to recover things I've lost . I want to be able to show them that this isn't ok to do to other people .

Unauthorized Access On My Xbox Live Account.

Hello, my account was recently hacked (not this account). And they put on a bunch of alternate emails that are obviously not mine. and i would like to know if you guys can take them off. i got the email reset link as well and the people who hacked my account
are still messing with the account. the gt of the hacked account is: o 6

 

Hello, i previously had an xbox live account with over £70 worth of dlc on it but i was banned and now the dlc dosent work on my new account ?

Yes i no that but i my account was hacked and it got banned from the people who hacked it so its not realy my fault,, So i should realy get my DLC back .

 

Have to call support and open an unauthorized access complaint They will lock your account while they investigate.

I have changed my password and downloaded the Microsoft app ( which tells me where and when someone signs in and asks for authorization) I've call and they said ho to the forms for help . Now here I am .

 

And sadly you will need to call back and try to get another support person to look into it. If you are 100% certain your account was compromised and not in your control- then phone support will need to open an Unauthorized Access" complaint. No one on
the forums can help you get anything back. Only phone support can start this procedure. In the investigation ( for your information) they look at everything from messages, days logged in and IP addresses that have accessed your account.

Anyhow- again sorry they sent you here again. Keep badgering phone support until you can get someone who knows what they are doing.
