    my account got hacked and when I got it back in had gotten baned and I am now not able to be a administrator

    I want to get someone unbanned

    I thought my account got hacked by [Mod Removed] and I got him banned but he got hacked so now he is console banned for no reason

    Hey there,

    Because you said your Xbox Account was hacked, did you file a Unauthorised Access Case with Xbox Support?

    What I would also do, is submit a Case Review to the Xbox Enforcement Team using their website:
    https://enforcement.xbox.com

    When there, please sign into your account, which has been banned, and select case review. Note, this is only available if the ban/enforcement action is over 48 hours.
