My account got hacked and hacker changed the e-mail

Hello,

my account got hacked recently and the hacker changed my sign in email and password (I am currently signed in trough another one). I tried contacting support and had no luck in doing so, I tried recovery and nothing works but I do have proof of my last email being associated with this account. If anyone from Microsoft sees this, please help.

I am very sorry about what happened to your account and I completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, Microsoft support and Customer Service are only indicating that the only procedure or way for a user to recover an account is to follow the methods indicated in the link below.

Aside from this procedure, unfortunately, there is no other way as no agent can provide information in this regard.

The hacker hacked my mail, but I was able to return the hacked mail, but the hacker managed to change Activision's mail to his own, and now to restore my account, I need to log in to Activision through my xbox, which is linked to the hacked Activision

Hey everyone, I hacked my account back. The hacker [REMOVED - DO NOT POST EMAIL OR WLID] changed my GT, but I managed to hack it back from him and report his e-mail for child p*rnography so his e-mail may have been disabled. I called MS
with the good news, now I just need to further protect my profile.

9/24/2001 - happened to me i caught them early to change passwords and keep control but they did spend $30..in getting my account back got two of the hackers e-mails so have fun!!!

I can't do account recovery form beacause i don't know what e-mail is connected to my account, beacause hacker's e-mail is censored.
