Discus and support my account got hacked and costumer service didn't recover it. in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; to can confirm that my account got hacked what happened to me is the hacker set my email as an alias and put theirs, and i couldn't see the whole email...     to can confirm that my account got hacked what happened to me is the hacker set my email as an alias and put theirs, and i couldn't see the whole email because its censored but it was a hotmail, and i can't recover the account myself because whenever i put my email it says it doesn't exist because he put my email as an alias

    so basically my account got hacked a long time ago in multiple platforms (steam-epic-xbox) and i talked to the customer service in these platforms and they all solved my problem except for xbox(microsoft) even though the information that i gave was correct and they even said that but they said something about a policy in microsoft that they don't have the permission to access my account so they can't give me my account back which means that someone that doesn't have the authorization to access the account can just hack it and take it with no problem but microsoft itself can't access my account that got hacked for some bad policy.

    and what is more ridiculous about all of that the guy that i was talking to said (if your account does only have minecraft then why don't you just buy it again), so instead of helping me recover my account he said that and he quit responding to my emails.

    I managed to contact the support because of you, thank you.

    But the problem is I can't recover my account it's gone for good I might say...

    But the support said maybe if I contacted Xbox I can get Minecraft or something but the problem is I couldn't find a way to contact them directly as well and when I talked with the virtual assistant and tried to call them it says this service is unavailable (even though it's their work time) so if you can help me contact Xbox support that would be helpful.

    Thank you for answering me

    But I have 2 problems with these methods

    1.The recovery form isn't working since my account became as an alias of the main account(the new hacker's account), so when ever I try to put my email it will say that this account doesn't exist.

    2.When I contacted costumer support I literally clicked over 20 links and I don't exactly remember how to contact them, so if you have the direct link to contact them I will appreciate your hard work.

    I do understand the urgency of you wanting to find other ways for this issue of yours in regards with your hacked account. We are very glad to help you out to find some of the best possible options and troubleshooting's that we can provide for you.

    We just want to set your proper expectations that when recovering your account, the only one that has the power to get those specific details is the account itself. Since they are the ones who are the owners of the account and the only ones who know the credentials of the account as well.

    I'd like to inform you at the outset that Microsoft account recovery is managed by a completely automated server, and we don't have manual access to it. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously. We are committed to protecting your personal information, and the meticulous account recovery process is intended to protect you from any possible malicious activity. For now, allow me to do the best I can to help you with the process.

    Since you already reach out to a support and they have informed you about some Microsoft Privacy Policy, for that. There is also specific and other ways to find possible options within your account and that is knowing your account specifically since you are the owner of that account as well. And here on Microsoft Community we do have very limited resources when it comes to checking your account information and as well as what are those emails that has been made as an account alias as well.
