My Account Got Hacked And Banned

okay so my account got hacked/stolen, and I just recently got it back and it is perms banned. I haven't been on it since around 02/09/2015 and I had a talk with Microsoft Support and I talked with them and they gave this code for SR I don't know what that
is but its [mod deleted] and they told me to ask in the forums for help from the enforcement team or something. But yeah I just want my account back and unbanned please. If you need to message me via email it is, [mod deleted]

My account has been banned from communications because someone hacked my account. Please help me.

 

I want to get someone unbanned

I thought my account got hacked by [Mod Removed] and I got him banned but he got hacked so now he is console banned for no reason
