My account got falsely banned and I lost my games

my old account got banned but I lost my games and also lost season passes for different games could you unban me to set it as my home Xbox

The last ban I deserved but bans before that was for stuff like 1v1 me or messages to my mates saying ez your bad. Just want to play halo again and my season pass

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

 

Banned / Hacked

I'm applying to be unbanned, and not why I was banned. I got falsely banned because someone hacked my account and cheated on it.

 

The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums.
