My account got com banned for counter harrassing

I was recently informed that I was given a communication ban for 1 day but I didn't do anything wrong. My recent/last report I received got me muted. In that msg i wrote "P***y A** B****" as a counter for what this player was saying to me in GTA 5, things
this player was saying was around the lines of "You f**king N**ger", "You were an accident", and "Go choke on a big black c**k"

So this recent ban was falsely given as i was coming back at them with self defense aka counter harassment.

Unfair Coms ban on XBL due to a smurf account troller

I have been done a huge injustice, I was banned by unfair approprations by a troll, he was harrassing me yet insteadof deal with the troll xbox banned me instead, take action against this injustice and help me lift my ban or else PSN here i come

It doesn't matter who starts it, if you retaliate in a way that violates the code of conduct (which you did) you are equally at fault. In situations like that, it's best to report the other play and block communications with them instead of responding.

Ive gotten this too, just today. Are you unable to play multiplayer at all? Kinda stupid ban really, when weve already recieved a com ban on that account, but yet we get done for harrassment, abuse, and threats when we are in a com ban period. Enforcement

Hello,

That's the issue he got on my xbox account an removed all my chats with everyone and blocked them. On top of that he messaged himself from my account, thus getting me com banned. He harrassed me on different platforms too, and way more servere. After I blocked him on all other platforms he went on my account and did all the stuff that I have mentioned before. So my request is if something can be done about him. I can provide evidence of him being on my account and harrassing me. All I'm wondering is if something can be done to his account because I want to prevent other people from having to deal with this kind of behavior.

Ive got not problem with xbox having a fair system to weed out profanity and harrassment but i just think they are going to far when they start dishing out punishments to people for basiclly just typing a letter thats can be implied as being profanity,
honeslty whats next just using the lettter f results in a coms ban?
