my account got banned

ive tryd calling Microsoft xbox line ive try contacting the enforcement team and they wont tell me what i did they just send me to the code of conduct the email i got from them said if i want to find out what i did i go there make an new account which is
what this is and post on the enforcement forum and when you do that they just tell you the code of conduct and that's it and i wasn't even doing anything i was at the dashboard talking with some friends in a party then ban it said i was signed out and after
i signed back in it said i was banned. ive looked this up an everyone els whos gotten banned either rightfully or wrongfully its basically they can ban anyone they want at anytime without reason. do i need to lawyer up here? because i think i do

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

My account has been banned from communications because someone hacked my account. Please help me.

 

Nobody is banned for not doing anything, they do thorough investigations, it could have been something you did a month ago or more, the only people that can answer your questions are the enforcement team. Getting a lawyer will not work either, as you agreed
to the terms Microsoft set when you connected to Live.

 

the enforcement team just tell you code of conduct and that's it and i don't mod or cheat so i don't see what i could of done and ive spent close to 10,000$ on xbox there policy doesn't include banning me without detail and taking all my money

 

You should have gotten an email assigned to your account with a rather generic reason why you were banned.

You've been told where you need to post.Posting here will achieve nothing as the enforcement team do not read these forums.

As mentioned,you do not get banned for nothing,you were investigated & found to have broken the rules,thats why you were banned.

 

i have posted and from what it looks thousands of others have too and xbox *** them over too just saying code of conduct code of conduct code of conduct but by not stating what it is that i did wrong and not telling me and such is a abuse of there licenses
which there are laws in the untied states which protect people from company's and such who would abuse such power.

 

and before you say anything licensing doesn't mean your above the law if i take it to court and they find they did wrongly ban me then they will pay

 

If you win, come back and tell us. CoC banning could me you being naughty in your bio, you using r rated language etc. Review what happen a month or so ago. And consider your actions as if your great grandmother would take you to wood shed or get out the
soap when she heard/saw what you were doing.

 

i don't have a bio or anything like and i don't normally curse ive never send anyone any angry letters but the guy i know across the street phone is broke so i txt him over xbox and i might have used the d word once or twice before or something like that
just in regular talk though could they have as system where it reads for bad words and the ban you if they find you have used them? and if so i would think millions of ppl would get banned because i hear all the time from my friends when they play halo or
call of duty they get lots of angry messeges

 

i would also like to say that when this did happened i was in a party talking to friends and it signed me out saying i was logged into another place then when i logged back in i was banned. do they do that when they ban you?

 

You do not get banned for using a few swear words in a party or in a message.

It would take someone to have reported you for microsoft to even notice you.

Yes you are signed out when the ban is enforced.

Ever single person on that forum claims they have been wrongly banned, and 99% of the time a quick look at their profile or a google of their gamertag shows exactly what they have been up to.

 

MrDroidleadr666 please tell me what i did then because if its not for swear words i don't cheat hack mod scam troll or any of that stuff all i do is play games mostly single player because i get picked on a lot online because my voice im 20 idk whats wrong
with it some ppl don't seem to think anything is wrong with it but most do and mute me and such so i don't see what it could possible have been
