my account got banned

my account got reported and banned on november 11 2017. i was messaged by a stranger with the gamertag of giovani47. i told him to screw off and he reported me. i find this rediculous because i play destiny 2 and help the community
and for me to get banned after his initial harassed comment is outrageous. please help me undo this ban, thankyou microsoft

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

Sorry but the enforcement team does not follow these forums. It is also against the forums policies to call out gamertags.

The only way to communicate with the enforcement team is to file a case review by following these instructions at this link: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howto#sub-topic0-6

It does not matter who started the inappropriate communications, if you reply in a form that violates the code of conduct you will also receive an enforcement action. Your safest actions when this happens is to: Never reply, Report, and Block the player

If it's a permanent ban, unfortunately no it will not, but if a suspension then there is usually a time limit on it.

I highly suggest making a post at that link and finding the exact reason why it was banned.

As others have stated, the only place to find answers regarding your ban or suspension is in
THIS
forum or via an email sent to the address associated with your account.

I check the enforcement forums regularly & they answer 100's of posts.They also respond via pm's .

They have proof of what you have done but have no obligation to show you,as per the terms & conditions you agreed to when you started your account.

At the end of the day,you will not get the suspension lifted & you will not get an official answer by constantly posting here.

They say they have proof, what more do you need? An example of/or outright copy of what you did or said that got you banned so you may deny or know what exact actions caused it? Thats just crazy. What weird system of judgement even uses a process like that?
