Listen Xbox, my account got banned and the only reason was that my friend was being mean when he was on my account, and im now banned till October 4th, can you pleassseee unban me, I promise it will not happen again. My account name is and
it is on the Xbox one.

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

well i cant see the ban in my enforcment history, it was issued june 26th but the closest one i see to that is in june 25th

If it's a permanent ban, unfortunately no it will not, but if a suspension then there is usually a time limit on it.

I highly suggest making a post at that link and finding the exact reason why it was banned.

forum or via an email sent to the address associated with your account.

I check the enforcement forums regularly & they answer 100's of posts.They also respond via pm's .

They have proof of what you have done but have no obligation to show you,as per the terms & conditions you agreed to when you started your account.

At the end of the day,you will not get the suspension lifted & you will not get an official answer by constantly posting here.

They say they have proof, what more do you need? An example of/or outright copy of what you did or said that got you banned so you may deny or know what exact actions caused it? Thats just crazy. What weird system of judgement even uses a process like that?
