My account got banned

My account got banned and i dont know why i wasnt doing anything wrong my gamertag is Vortex Mustof. Please if you can help me that would be great i have had this account for 5 years and i have over $800 worth of content i got an email saying i got banned
for cheating but i dont even have a computer that can download modds or anything of that sort. If you could help me that would be great because i cant afford any other account. Thank you.

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

What does it mean when you say a non was overturned

 

I meant none, as in, not one person who has disputed a ban has had it over-turned in their favour.

I just like to outline this as I'm not offering a way to get you unbanned, rather they will give you a full explanation on why they banned the account.

 

So my account will not be un banned

 

If it's a permanent ban, unfortunately no it will not, but if a suspension then there is usually a time limit on it.

I highly suggest making a post at that link and finding the exact reason why it was banned.

Click on the link I originally posted, it's a section of the forums dedicated to telling you why you were banned/suspended.

I hate to say it mate, but everyone says they did nothing wrong. Post there and they will tell you, I will only be able to repeat this same information....

 

As DigitalAssassin posted, make a post in the link above. But note that the Enforcement team does a full investigation prior to banning an account. The link is only to find out why you were banned and not a place for an appeal. All decisions are final from

I got banned for 14 days on xbox live, my friend got on my account and flamed a bunch of people with vulgar language, how does one get unbanned
