My account got banned....

so. my other account got banned today and the ONLY thing i did wasuse horizon to download a map for minecraft. that apparantely meant "modding" to the people who banned me. i am upset and i would like to know if using horizon was against code of conduct

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

Of course using horizon is against the code of conduct.

Any software you use to STEAL from microsoft, will get you a permanent ban.

Yes,using Horizon is against the code of conduct.Like you said,it's classed as modding.

If it's a permanent ban, unfortunately no it will not, but if a suspension then there is usually a time limit on it.

I highly suggest making a post at that link and finding the exact reason why it was banned.

As others have stated, the only place to find answers regarding your ban or suspension is in

forum or via an email sent to the address associated with your account.

I check the enforcement forums regularly & they answer 100's of posts.They also respond via pm's .

They have proof of what you have done but have no obligation to show you,as per the terms & conditions you agreed to when you started your account.

At the end of the day,you will not get the suspension lifted & you will not get an official answer by constantly posting here.

They say they have proof, what more do you need? An example of/or outright copy of what you did or said that got you banned so you may deny or know what exact actions caused it? Thats just crazy. What weird system of judgement even uses a process like that?
