My account got banned for no reason!

I am using my friends account to type this because my account has been banned until 12/31/9999. I was gone for track for about 3 days and I signed back in to find I have been banned for possible theft of someone elses account but I havent even been home
so I would really like to get this back because I bought a 12 month and just changed my name and I dont want to waist all this money for nothing, I have been on xbox for six years now and nothing in this nature has ever happened before.

My account [mod removed] got banned and i really dont now why it got banned i didnt do anything bad and i havent had a mic since i broke my first one so i cant scream or annoy or scam i would never do such a thing please xbox unban i had so much stuff
done on there and now i dont have any map packs for black ops or mw2 so i wasted my money please at least let me get my account back i will never do anything bad again

you will have to post here
forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx but FYI nobody gets banned for no reason something was obviously done to warrant that ban and they do not reverse them sorry.

I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

The Xbox PET (Policy Enforcement Team) do not read this forum. They are in
Forum 15 if this was an Xbox LIVE ban. If it was a one-game-only ban, then you would need to contact the publisher of that game.

I'd also suggest checking your email (including Spam and Bulk folders) for the message from the PET explaining why you were banned.
