My account got banned by my friend

Yesterday I got perma banned and it was my friend that reported me. I was wondering if you can possibly remove the ban or maybe lower it to something more reasonable. I will try and get my friend to reply to this and you can potentially suspend him he said.

My GT is The Last Thorn and I would appreciate and help thanks. <3

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com . If enforcement has already reviewed the case and it was upheld there is nothing further that you can do. That is the only place to contact
the enforcement team. They do not use these forums.

As bowski stated, case reviews are the only way to contact the enforcement team. Since they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

I would go post in Section 14 of the Xbox Live support forums. it is a Forum for retrieving banned accounts, someone may be able to help you better from there.
