My account got BANNED because of getting reported for nothing

Like my friends friend accounts got perm banned 4 like doing nothing because people probably spam reported him and stuff

I got communication banned for going off on someone who was spawn killing hardcore in a game with his friends and they all reported me. I got banned. I reported them for cheating and boosting and everything I could. Nothing happened. He got me kicked out
of the ambassadors programs in 2018. I think the system is unfair because you could report for cheating and boosting or offensive name and NOTHING happens ive tried it on a other account. But if I curse out the account all I need to do is report the message
and BAN. its very stupid but it is what it is. The bad always seem to win.

No because its in your household. To report an account theft you would have to call support. You will be fine. Nothing to worry about. Both consoles and accounts are not going to get banned because you did nothing wrong here.

yeah i got banned the first time for putting my own stars i got banned for 4 days and i got banned last week for no reason yet when i report abuse nothing gets done

so, ive been perm banned twice. im jus wondering if i get reported one time such as false report does tht lead to perm ban? or regular banned because last time i got reported once nd got perm banned.

Also you wont get banned simply because you are reported. All reports are investigated by the enforcement team before a ban/suspension is handed down.

If anything the person making the false report would be the one getting banned/suspended as abusing the report feature is against the rules.
