My account got banned because I got DDOS'ed

A few days ago, me and my friends were playing Trials of Osiris in Destiny which is a 3v3 competitive game type. In this mode, people have seen the most ridiculous situations happen like lag and just game bugs that have made no sense to this day but the
most common problem you'll find is people host booting or DDOS'ing you so it kicks you out of the game and they have an unfair advantage. Upon my internet restarting, I decided to send the guy that kicked me off a message and yes, it was written with a little
rage and whatnot and I accepted the communication ban the next day(of which i admit i was guilty of) but the day after(being today) i wasn't able to sign into my account at all so i decided to go to the enforcement page and it tells me that i was banned for
network manipulation which I took no part at all. Now i cant file a case review for it because since Im banned, my gold membership is voided out and I find it ridiculous that microsoft doesn't have a support line for the enforcement team. I have physical proof
that the said person who DDoS'ed me has done it and continuously did it after i became a victim of it.

Hey there! Head on over to this link for Enforcement, sign in, click on the little orange gavel that will appear and it will take you to a complete Enforcement
history of the account you are signed into.



Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called "Review" next to the
current enforcement action. This is your only way to contact Enforcement directly to plead your case and possibly have the Enforcement action overturned.



Enforcement will also send you an email to the address that is linked to the Microsoft account with complete details of what the suspension/ban is for and for how long (Bans being permanent). You can read up on further details regarding the Enforcement

Only a member of the enforcement team can respond to any enforcement actions that they issue, and they do not use the forums.

They are only contactable through the case review process at https://enforcement.xbox.com.

If your account is not suspended, you should be able to go to any non-suspended console and use your account. If your friend has your console as his account's home console, you will have to wait until the account suspension is over.
